Simplex Energy Solutions, LLC is pleased to offer for sale by Trinity EOR, LLC a group of producing operated wells located in Gaines County, Texas. The leases produce from two prominent, well established horizons; the San Andres and the Glorieta. The total leasehold acreage is 1,920 acres with the largest of these leases being the Brown Glorieta Unit (“BGU”) and the other leases being referred to as the Jones wells. The leases are located approximately 8 miles southwest of Denver City, Texas.

Total gross production from the leases averagesapproximately 50 BOPD; the resulting net income averages $39,623 per month (Jul-Dec 2012), with most of the production and revenue coming from the San Andres production on the “Jones” leases. Working interests range from 38% to 79% with net revenues from 29% to 65%.

Upside in the acreage includes infi ll San Andres locations, returning prior producers back to production, deepening several San Andres wells to the Glorieta, and exploiting the Clearfork potential on the South end of the acreage that offsets the historic Russell Clearfork Unit.

There are seven active producers and 1 SWD producing 13 BOPD and 509 MCFD (8/8ths; Avg Jul-Sep, 2012) from the Atoka, Wolfcamp, Delaware 4430, Cherry Canyon & Bone Springs. The working interests vary from 96.62% to 100% with NRI's of 72.67% to 83.04%. Net cash flow averaged $14,253 over the three-month period ending in September, 2012.

This acreage which is being conveyed with all rights/all depths lies in a very active area just west of the city of Pecos, Texas. There is active vertical and horizontal development in all directions around this acreage. Offered on a Negotiated Basis.

TACOR Resources, Inc. and Simplex Energy Solutions, LLC are proud to present this operated sale package located on 4 separate leases with 8 active producers totaling 1,160 acres in the west half of Ector County, Texas. The working interests being offered range from 68.75%-100% with net revenue interests of 51.56%-75%. Total gross production averaged 15.9 BOPD and 57 MCFD (10.6 BOPD & 38 MCFD, Net) from January to March, 2012. Average net cash flow after expenses averaged $30,836 over that same time period.

The production comes San Andres, Clearfork, Tubb, Wolfcamp and Devonian completions some of which occured in the 1950s/early 1960s leaving the opportunity to refracture stimulate. Other opportunities include frac'ing newer completions that were only acidized and drilling at least one new 40-acre location.
